Delivery Time

 

Delivery time = 1-5 days (processing time, Mon.- Sun.) + 10-25 days (transportation time, Mon.- Sun.)

 

The transportation of products is our most important thing.However, since most of our warehouses are located in China, our shipping and handling time may vary, so we cannot provide next day delivery.

 

After receiving your payment, we will immediately send your order to our supplier for order verification, quality inspection and packaging, which may take 1-5 days.

 

Delivery time: This refers to the time it takes for the item to be delivered from our warehouse to the destination. Your package will be delivered by UPS/USPS/FedEx, and they support delivery to most areas of the United States, except for military areas and overseas territories. For US shipments, it usually takes 10 to25 days. For other international deliveries, the shipping time may vary. Please add a few more days for holiday or weekend.

 

Freight and Duties

 

We will charge a shipping fee of $5.99 for each order to All The United States.

Some of our items ship directly from the manufacturer and may require additional time and/or shipping charges. If expedited shipping service is needed please contact us. If this applies to your order, you will be notified PRIOR to shipping and PRIOR to being charged.

Generally the value under $800 don’t need to pay for the customs duties in the U.S.

 

 

Tracking information

 

You will receive an email with tracking information after the order is shipped. Or you can check on https://t.17track.net/en. If you still have not received the tracking information within 5 days, please contact us. Please note that tracking is not currently available in all countries/regions, but we will do our best to contact the supplier to achieve tracking in your country/region.

 

For some transportation companies, it takes 1-5 working days for tracking information to be updated on the system. If your order was placed 5 working days ago, but there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

If your order has some problems, such as loss or return or other reasons, please contact us at support@gardenoon.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you. Our qualified shipping team will track each order and continuously update its shipping status to customers.
